Elderflower Sling

Fragrant and refreshing, this combination of elderflower and lemon is a perfect match for Adventurers Gin.

2 measures Adventurers Gin

1 measure St Germain Elderflower Liqueur

1/2 measure fresh lemon juice

Fever Tree Soda Water

Mint and lemon to garnish

Combine gin, elderflower liqueur and lemon juice in a highball glass and stir together. Fill glass with ice, top up with soda and carefully stir again. Garnish with a small amount of mint and half a lemon wheel.
