The Experiences
Taste Like An Expert: Gin Tour & Tasting Experience
Take a tour of Matahui’s micro distillery to discover our botanical secrets. Then enjoy a guided tasting of our gins and liqueurs, where you'll explore serving techniques, experiment with garnishes, and cocktail creation using our premium liqueurs.
When: Wednesday, 1-2pm, Sunday, 11-12pm, 12-1pm

Craft The Perfect Recipe: Gin Lab Blending Experience
In this new class, you’ll be offered a unique insight into the art of crafting an exceptional gin recipe. Explore our Flavour Library, sample a selection of over 20 botanicals and come up with a gin that’s perfectly paired to your taste buds. We will then make your recipe a reality, blending a 500ml bottle for you to take home.
When: Saturdays & Sundays, 1-2.30pm
Cost: $95 per person
Gin Distillation Course: Learn How To Distil Gin The Matahui Way
A three hour experience designed for home distillers and anyone else wanting to understand the process of making gin, we will guide you through each stage of the distillation process from start to finish. This course is focused on the technical skills required to distil gin.
