Limoncello Sunrise

A deliciously fruity drink…

1 measure (30ml) Matahui Limoncello

3 measures (90ml) freshly squeezed orange juice

grenadine

Half fill a cocktail glass with ice. Add Limoncello and orange juice and stir. Then add a drop or two of grenadine, which will sink to the bottom of the glass and slowly seep upwards. Garnish with lemon and orange wheels.
