What will you experience?
Distillery Tour: 60 mins
The experience unfolds in the heart of Matahui—the permaculture garden. We grow most of our botanicals on-site ensuring sustainability and freshness. Here, we'll introduce you to the botanicals that give our gins and liqueurs their distinct flavours.
Next, the adventure continues in the Flavour Lab. Our Master Distiller Paul will offer an exclusive look into the distillation process and explain how to create a great-tasting gin.
Complimentary Tasting
After your tour of our micro-distillery, enjoy a complimentary tasting of our award-winning gins and liqueurs. Sample everything from our signature Adventurer's Gin to New Zealand's Best Botanical Spirit, Fennel Liqueur.

"We went on the gin distillery tour last weekend and had a fantastic time!
The grounds are lovely, and walking around the planted areas really inspires you to get planting in your own back yard! We thoroughly enjoyed tasting the different essences at the start of the tour (definitely give Oyster Mushroom a try - You will be surprised!).
The tour was informative and now we really want to come back a do a gin making course.
We loved getting to try the different gins and liquors, our host was very informative and made it a lot of fun.
The Mother's Day Special cocktail was amazing as well!
