BERRY ADVENTURERS GIN

To make our Berry Adventurers Gin we infuse fresh blackberries into our original Adventurers Gin for a relatively short time – enough to bring out the unique berry flavour but not long enough to overwhelm the flavour of our gin (which we happen to like!)

The result is a lovely deep pink gin with subtle berry notes overlaying the characteristic juniper, lime, fennel and horopito of our original gin.

Serving suggestion:

Serve simply over ice with Fever Tree Indian Tonic or Elderflower Tonic for a delicious pink G&T. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.

Or you could try a Berry Lemon Refresher cocktail – add limoncello, lemon juice, a touch of sugar syrup and top up with soda water. Delicious!
