The Experiences
Taste Like An Expert: Gin Tour & Tasting Experience
Take a tour of Matahui’s micro distillery to discover our botanical secrets. Then enjoy a guided tasting of our gins and liqueurs, where you'll explore serving techniques, experiment with garnishes, and cocktail creation using our premium liqueurs.
When: Wednesday, 1-2pm, Sunday, 11-12pm, 12-1pm
Cost: $29 per person
Craft The Perfect Recipe: Gin Lab Blending Experience
In this class, you’ll be offered a unique insight into the art of crafting an exceptional gin recipe. Explore our Flavour Library, sample a selection of over 20 botanicals and come up with a gin that’s perfectly paired to your taste buds. We will then make your recipe a reality, blending a 500ml bottle for you to take home.
When: Saturdays & Sundays, 1-2.30pm
