Over the past few months, Bay of Plenty locals have stepped into the Matahui Gin Lab, rolled up their sleeves, and crafted their own unique gins in our hands-on gin-making sessions. Now, it’s time to taste their creations, celebrate their craft, and crown the best of the best.

Matahui Distillery offers a unique experience surrounded by the vibrant landscapes of the Bay of Plenty, where visitors can explore the gin garden and witness the creation of luxury spirits crafted organic local ingredients mostly grown on site in our budding permaculture garden.
