Berry Lemon Refresher

A cool refreshing cocktail perfect for a hot summer’s day.

30ml Matahui Berry Adventurers Gin

30ml Matahui Limoncello

15ml fresh lemon juice

5ml (1 teaspoon) of 2:1 sugar syrup

90ml soda water

Lemon thyme to garnish

Combine gin, limoncello, juice and sugar syrup in an old-fashioned glass and stir. Add plenty of ice, then top up with soda water. Stir carefully and garnish with a sprig of lemon thyme.
