When you completed your Gin Lab Experience, we carefully recorded every botanical and measurement in your unique recipe. That recipe is saved in our system permanently. When you order, we recreate your gin using the same small-batch methods, the same premium botanicals, and the same attention to detail you experienced during your visit.

Your Recipe Details

After you place your order, we’ll locate your recipe in our system using your name and email address from your Gin Lab booking. If you’ve participated multiple times and created different recipes, please contact us via email with your order number to confirm which recipe you’d like.

Don’t remember your exact recipe? That’s okay—we have it on file! You’ll receive your recipe card with your bottle as a reminder.

Serving Your Gin

Your gin was created by you, so you already know how you like it! But here’s a reminder:

Classic G&T: Your custom gin + premium tonic (we recommend Fever Tree) + ice + your choice of garnish (based on the botanicals in your recipe)

Cocktails: Use your gin in any cocktail recipe—it’s a proper 42% ABV London Dry-style gin that works beautifully in martinis, negronis, or any gin cocktail.

Garnish Ideas: Choose garnishes that complement your botanical blend. Try citrus peels and fresh herbs. We include serving suggestions with your order.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does my order take?
We craft bespoke gins in small batches. Allow 7-10 business days for production plus 3-5 days shipping. We’ll email you when your gin is ready to ship.

Can I modify my recipe?
Yes. If you’d like to modify your recipe please email us immediately after placing your order (with your order number) with your requirements.

What if I created my gin years ago?
We still have it! We’ve been keeping recipe records since we started offering Gin Lab experiences. As long as you participated in our Gin Lab, your recipe is in our system.

Can I order multiple bottles?
Absolutely! Select your preferred size and adjust the quantity. Perfect for gifts or stocking up.

I participated in multiple Gin Labs. Which recipe will you make?
After you order, please email us to confirm which recipe you’d like if you have multiple on file. Or add a note during checkout specifying which experience date.

Can someone else order my recipe as a gift?
Yes! They’ll need your full name, email address and approximate date of your Gin Lab experience. We’ll verify the recipe is on file and create the gin. This makes an incredibly personal and unique gift.

What if you don’t have my recipe?
If for any reason we can’t locate your recipe, we’ll contact you immediately to sort it out. This is very rare—we’ve been meticulous about record-keeping—but if it happens, we’ll work with you to either recreate it from your memory or offer an alternative solution.

Does my bottle look like the one I took home from Gin Lab?
Your re-ordered gin comes in our standard Matahui bottles with professional labeling indicating it’s your custom recipe. The gin inside is identical to what you created—same botanicals, same measurements, same small-batch quality.
