Our gin concentrate is based on the same flavour profile as our award-winning Adventurers Gin (Silver Medal 2024). After perfecting the original, our master distiller Paul embarked on extensive experimentation to create a low-alcohol version that maintains complete flavour integrity.

How It Works:
Use just one teaspoon (5ml) of concentrate per 100ml tonic—that’s 1/6 the amount of regular gin—for a full-flavoured G&T with significantly less alcohol. The concentrate delivers all the botanical complexity you expect from Matahui, just in a more concentrated form.

Flavour Profile: Same as Adventurers Gin—lime, fennel, aromatic botanicals with balanced spice and clean juniper backbone.

Serving Suggestions:
Use 1 teaspoon (5ml) concentrate per 100ml premium tonic water, served over ice. Garnish with a twist of lime or orange peel, or a stick of lemongrass or lemon thyme.
