ADVENTURERS GIN

Our Adventurers Gin is a unique take on a London Dry Gin. It resulted from a competition between ourselves: we all love the flavour of lime, so each of us worked up a recipe for a single shot distillation (ie London Dry) gin featuring lime as a botanical.

The winning recipe combined the citrus notes of lime and baobab with the herbal flavours of fennel and sage, the warm spice of coriander, lemongrass and horopito, and the musky undertone of orris root. We all loved it and it didn’t require much tweaking, just the addition of some orange to deepen the citrus element. The result is our Adventurers Gin: fragrant, balanced, mouth-filling and juniper-led – a delight for the senses!

Serving suggestion:

We love this gin served over ice with Fever Tree Indian Tonic Water. Garnish with a twist of lime or orange peel, or a stick of lemongrass or cucumber.

Or why not try as an elevated G&T? Add a shot of limecello or limoncello for a real citrus hit, and garnish with a twist of lime or a sprig of lemon thyme.
